REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REFUND

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the cable and internet services provided by our company. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

  1. Xcinite Cables offers a full refund for any service that has not yet been activated.
  2. If your service has been activated, you may request a refund within 30 days of activation.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your request.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. You may cancel your service at any time by calling our customer service department.
  2. There is no cancellation fee for service that has not yet been activated.
  3. f your service has been activated, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

THE FOLLOWING ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS:

  1. Orders that have already been shipped
  2. Orders that have been activated
  3. Orders that have been used in any way
